Hi guys, my name is Sander and i work as security for the city, 

me and my team have a lot of notions, laws, codes and other things to remember. Wich, can be alot sometimes. 

I was just wondering if there a way to make my own 'law-codes-etc. library`'.

I have maybe over 200-300 pages of info to copy and paste into the 'program'. I wanted to also have a search option, so if your not sure of any information, you can just search for key words, like...

Ex: Parking - then they will show you our parking permissions, and codes and other info. Im hoping that you guys can help me with this? 

Because we have all our info in big binders, but it just takes to much time to find something and most of the time, my agents just guess. I want them to give out exact and correct info. 

Also want to add images so they have an exemple on what to do, in what situation - visual guide. I was thinking of maybe using Word, but not sure if i can implant an 'research bar - key words'.

Because were on the road most of the time, the doccument has to be openned offline, so yeah ....
