Troubleshooting an Upgrade.

I have just upgraded my computer from a 4790k and 24gb of ram to a 7820x and 16gb of ram. I am having some stability issues. I went back to all stock speeds with the gpu's and the cpu. Any time the Pc ramps up during benchmarks or stress tests there is a 1 in 10 chance of the system shutting down. I have to flip the switch on the power supply off and back on to get the system to boot. with stock speeds the recommended wattage is 651 watts, I have a 750 watt psu. I am at a loss as to why this is happening. Any advice is welcome.

If you haven't already, download the free version of Memtest86 and run a full test.
