Best Prebuilt ever?!

I just want you guys to give an opinion on a prebuilti just saw

https://tiendas.mediamarkt.es/p/pc-sobremesa-microstar-pcc504-s91-1363625#specifications

so it has a r7 1800x 16 GB Ram and a 1070 for 1099!? I just went to amazon.es and it costs 1336

Just want to hear your opinion on this PC
