Monitor choice

Looking to build a ryzen 7 2700x and a 1070ti(if I can get a good deal) or a next gen 70 equivalent.

Games I play usually:

CS:GO

Fortnite

Dota2

Osu!

 

In Singapore.

 

I am looking for a 1080p 24" 144hz TN Panel, I am choosing between a Viewsonic XG2401 which I can get for 369SGD(on an offer) from a local store, Viewsonic XG2402 off amazon or XB241H. Since I am looking to put this in my dorm, I guess a 27" would be too big. I am looking for the best color (a little ambitious for TN but I hope you guys get my drift) 1080p quality display since I am currently using a 8 year old HP 2309m monitor so anything else would definitely be an upgrade.

 

So far I have seen the reviews for XG2401 being a great 1080p display, XG2402 being the newer version has only one review on PCM info which has really bad contrast ratio close to ~600:1 so I would like some additional inputs regarding this. XB241H is also a consideration because of the G-Sync support it has even though it's more expensive.

 

 

I do not have much knowledge about the different type of TN panel and I haven't got to see many in real life so any help would be appreciated
