Core I5 8600k with a hyper 212 evo LED

voltage: 1.405 V

frequency set to: 5 GHz in bios, but real max is 4.97 or similar to that

max temp after 30 mins gaming : 82C (on core 0 and 2, the other 4 are around 74 C)

to get my max temps I was playing world of tanks at maximum possible settings with motion blur off. 3440x1440 @ 75Hz.  I have not stress  tested it, but it seems to be stable after 2  days of multi hour gaming.

Also, what are the temps on a core i5 8600k using stock cooler and full load?

14900K, RTX 5090 (360mm AiO), 64GB RAM, 4K 144Hz OLED

While I don't consider Prime95 to be a realistic or practical test, I would still run it for at least 30 minutes just to have peace of mind.

Also since the i5-8600K doesn't come with a stock cooler, it's hard to say. In the past, the stock cooler would easily let the processor go up to 90C under a severe test.
