help remove unetbootin

a month a go i used a software called unetbootin on a mac to burn windows iso on usb

now that i have installed windows when i boot it gives me old looking menu giving me only default option and that one doesn't work

to boot to windows i have to use clover boot loader which i already have cause my hackintosh

how do i delete that thing and boot to windows normally

its on mac hdd not my windows ssd and when i remove the hdd it still appears 

and i have tried to format the ssd

and it still shows up

and i think i already removed it back when i burned windows to the usb
