High End PC Low CS GO FPS

Hello Guys,

So I wanted to ask if someone has a similar problem to mine. So we got CS GO with my friends and decided to play few games. After starting the game I had huge FPS issues and after checking some youtube videos, it seems like people with a similar setup have usually over 300 fps easily, while I get between 75-120. I tried few things to fix it, but it seems nothing works. I did fresh windows install, fresh CSGO install, changed the motherboard, changed the CPU, changed the ram, low/high settings does not do anything, old Nvidia drivers and pretty much everything I could think of. If anyone has some solution please share it with me.

Setup:

Monitor: Lenovo y27g 144hz G-sync

Motherboard: Asus x79 Delux

Cpu: Xeon e5 1660 v2 4.8ghz

Ram: HyperX Beast 2x8gb 2400mhz

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1060 6gb

PSU: Corsair 750W Gold+

SSD: Samsung 850 500gb

Tried that already. Turned V-sync on and off, Increased the FPS cap to 900, removed the v-sync from Nvidia control panel, nothing works. And forgot to mention that it is only for CSGO, I ran few benchmarks and games and everything seems to be fine. On Witcher 3 Ultra settings hairworks off I am getting about 100 fps on average.

Is CSGO running in multi threaded mode or single threaded?
