ASUS Sabertooth 990FX not posting - error

I just put together a system using the ASUS Sabertooh 990fx r2.0 motherboard and upon first boot everything worked except for this one led that prevented posting. It is called the BOOT_DEVICE_LED and it stays red. I am not sure what could be causing this problem. Help would be apreciated.

I would reseat your SATA power and cables and try a different SATA port/power cable.
