Erogonomic Keyboard

Hi All, I need to figure out on any of these Gaming Keyboards, which is erogonomic for a person who has carpal tunnel and radial tunnel syndrome.  I cannot type too long on anything, as my arms will star tingling and go to sleep.  I've had my Logitech Wave for almost (I think) 20 years.  But now it is time to upgrade, as I'm rebuilding my computer again, to be a gaming computer.  Thank you in advance.
