Tab 4 Keyboard

My Mom's birthday is coming up in about 2 months. Basically, I thought of an idea. She's always hinted that she wanted a laptop, so I thought, I'll buy her a keyboard for her Samsung Tab 4. After quite a bit of searching, I have to say it like this: They're all cheap shit from China.

Help me find a good one! 

Requirements:

 

-Keyboard and case combo

-High quality

-Less than about 50 USD (I hope I don't need the whole budget though)

-Color neutral

 

Prefer if it:

 

-Has a clickable touchpad

-Does not cover the screen corners

-Is non-wireless with USB passthrough for charging.

Ohhh got it. Gonna stick this in phones and tablets then. For some reason, it didn't click that a Tab 4 was a tablet, not a laptop...derp.
