Dropped card blank screen

Many years old colourful gtx 650 started to make fan noise. It was put away and one day I dropped it at knew high. One pcb corner is slightly chipped, that corner area is slightly bent . No other visible damage. I did not remove the fan to inspect.

 

after the drop, the previously working gtx displays no screen. Fan still spins.

You could've easily detached soldier points or broke some pants on PCB. Fans get power, but does anything else actually heat up?
