What is the rest of the system components? Do you already have them?

If not maybe the easieast would be to get a b350 mobo, and a r3 2200g.

If you already have the other components look at the used market. Maybe a used 780.

i already have a cpu its a quad core at 1.60 ghz and turbo to 2.40 a gtx 780 would be a little overkill i think its a pentium n 3700

You cannot upgrade the graphics card in a laptop (that's a laptop CPU), so you'd better start over, unless that's not a pentium n3700

Well i was going by us dollar off of amazon and using a euro to dollar conversion.  looks like you guys across the pond are getting screwed.  that sucks

Yeah prices don't depend on $ to € conversions. There is a lot of factors. But we have much cheaper unlimited internet that is also faster. Can get unlimited mobile internet for 5$.

Not really no. You would need a Thunderbolt 3 port connected to a Pcie lane. Doubt a PC with a Pentium n3700 has that to be fair.

not guaranteed. I couldnt get my MSI GX680 to work with that.

If you're really dedicated to try, then get something like a 750ti or 660.
