yesterday I downloaded NVidia inspector to fix framerates and bottlenecking for forza horizon 3 and it did fix it and I got 55 60 fps on high settings 1080p constantly and I was playing this game at 2:30pm but when I played the game again at 1:00am the game ran like garbage with bottlenecks and a frame rate of 40. weird . can some help me fix this?
