FORCED TO USE WIN 10 FOR A GAME, HOW TO STREAM??

N.Z Nate

Guys, I'll be honest, I'm a big fan of State of decay... it just needed multiplayer,

State of decay 2 is a windows 10/ XBOX exclusive. I reluctantly purchased it on the Microsoft store app

How the heck?? or is it even possible to get a Microsoft game onto steam to use in home streaming??

or perhaps through Microsoft's software??

Its annoying that this feature is enabled to stream to a win 10 pc from an xbox one.... yet from what i see, not pc to pc??

thanks in advance, but this has me stumped.

Pretty sure if it was purchases in the Microsoft store, its only accessible through that way. No way to link it within Steam to use in home streaming I believe.

From what I've read, i would agree :( I have a dual boot win7/win10 and this reminds me why I never use Windows 10. Still crossing my fingers that I can bypass steam and use Microsofts' streaming but without an xbox one

Been a while since I've used steam streaming so maybe completely out of date but alot of people used UWPhook for it .

Or there was a trick that you could add notebook to steam and open that streaming. Then alt tab on the pc to the already open game .

Like I said this info might be so out of date it doesn't work anymore

There is a button in steam that saying "add non-steam game" though there is no guarantee that it will work for IHS
