Hi I am upgrading to a 1070ti, I was wonder which card is better the zotac gtx 1070ti mini or the gigabyte gtx 1070ti?

If you mean which one performs better overall in games, then it's most likely the Gigabyte GTX 1070 Ti.

the Gigabyte one not only will perform better but will also have a lot color temps and higher OC'ability.
