Not sure, but make sure it's not just scareware.

I've heard of ransomwear that doesn't actually do anything big but try to scare you into doing what they say.

Try pulling your data off of it to a flash drive or something and see if that works at all if you can get to it.

If you can successfully do that, then you can just format and reinstall windows from scratch and of course scan that flash drive with windows defender, malwarebytes, etc as soon as you pop it back in.

If the data is really important though, you might want to think about contacting someone who does data recovery professionally.

Mostly just commenting to bump this because it seems urgent.
