So I was monitoring my temps for an hour or so, and I happened to look over at HW monitor at the right moment and saw my CPU frequency on core #0 jump up to 9.1ghz for a split second before it noping the fuck out and dropping back down to the 3.5 ghz overclock I had on it. What I wanna know is, was this a bug in the software, is the clock sensor on the chip bad, or did it actually hit 9.1 ghz for a split second and then say "fuck naw" and go back down to the overclock I set?

It wouldn't be able to hit 9.1Ghz on that kind of voltage I don't think....

Let alone while maintaining the usual temperature.
