For example h500p mesh 2x200cm fans, can be fitted on 400 radiator?

are radiator sizes always in multiples of 120 or 140?

Can u get other sizes? Or make them?

Is eisbear 420 the only aio 420? What setup would require it?

aio 480?

For aio 360, is that a cheap one u can recommend?

There are some odd ball sizes like 180mm and 200mm rads but you need to check the mounting points since they sometimes can vary. If your looking for a non expandable AIO'sthe H150i from Corsair for NZXT X72 are both good units.

I have learned that eisbear aio are open looped and designed to be expanded. Are they a good place to start? I.e. get eisbear 420, then some time later expand it to gpu with soft tubes?

corsair nzxt are expensive brands, any cheaper? Someone told me h150i worth no more than 120usd.

The Corsair and NZXT units are good quality units which I would recommend over others out there. As for expandable AIO units the Eisbear isn't bad but the pumps aren't very powerful units like the EKWB phoenix or Swiftech H series would be much more capable. If your planning on heavily expanding the loop with mulitple GPU's or other watercooling components those are units I would recommend other than say a custom watercooling kit.

It seems ekwb and swiftech aio are old products, but they are still on par with next Corsair and nzxt new aio? So old that u don’t see or heard them in shops

EKWB's Phenoix is the generation 2 of the expandable AIO series and are very recent, they're comparable to full custom loop systems as they use custom liquid cooling components and prefill them for ease of installation.

Being old doesn't mean they aren't relevant, the H series from swiftech is in their 3rd of 4th iteration at this point.
