I have a Alienware 15, I bought it recently and there's som5afd6b1dd98aa_DesktopScreenshot2018_05.17-17_13_44_91.thumb.png.6c52836e285725a3dbcabdcdc8cb16f9.pnge kind of problem from which my keyboard is not lighting up.

i had this once first try uninstalling and reinstalling the control center here

and if not better hope you have a warranty
