Laptop Screen Flickering

My laptop's screen has started flickering black, sometimes going completely black for a few seconds.  This only happened after i updated windows with the Spring Creators Update (or whatever it's called) so i'm not sure if its something to do with that or if its hardware related.

I also had the screen replaced at the start of the year so it could be shoddy work quality with the replacement.

Anything in particular you're doing when it happens? does it happen when plugged in, battery power or both?

I'd suggest backing up and doing a full re install to rule out a software issue. If not software, screens are pretty easy to replace on most laptops.

Check the cables to the laptop screen they may be a bit loose so a quick reconnect should fix it
