RGB Compatibility

So I've been thinking about building a new PC and I wanna go all out on RGB. I started picking out a bunch of part and then it hit me.... How am I going to sync all this fan, NZXT AIO, motherboard, and GPU RGB? I know about all the different brands of software, RGB controllers, and stuff, but how does it all work?

The only hope for syncing your gpu with anything is if it is asus strix and you have a strix motherboard.  There is other options but at this point strix gpus have been at a pretty low price lately.  I think you can plug in rgb strips and controllers to some asus boards, I might be wrong.  Its ok to have your gpu and motherboard separate from your fans and light strips.  It doesn't look bad.  As for your AIO I don't know, but you might be able to plug it into your motherboards lighting header if such a thing exists.  Corsair has a pretty cool line up of aios and rgb strips and lights.

Thanks for the info! You’re probably right, I’m sure it will still look great. Just got a bit of OCD lol!

Check out my guide on how to RGB

Here, I explain that Enermax has one of the best sync option, since the Fan Hub connects per RGB header to the motherboard and by consequence syncs with the motherboard. It's an ideal fit with Asus Aura Sync.
