no video signal on my new pc

i have bought a amd ryzen 7 2700x cpu with a x370 gaming pro carbon mtherboard and 16gb of ram 2400mhz from corsairs vengeance edition. my gpu is a nvidea gtx 170ti.

i have tried al the steps from the post that is pinned above.my screen says "no signal".  i don't know what to do now because my motherboard doesn't show any debug led's.

i am sorry if my english is bad i am still learning it.

by the way i am using a 650 watt psu from sseasonic and it is gold 80 certified and its completly modular
