Windows 10 Application Window Issues

Hi there.

Since the last Windows update (about two days ago), I'm having issues with application windows - more specifically, maximizing the window doesn't fully maximize it. It appears to be, but there is a thin bar of my background at the top and the very bottom is hidden by my taskbar. I haven't been able to find a way to fix this.

 

I have a dual monitor setup - one 1440p monitor and a 1080p monitor. I don't know if it's relevant. Any suggestions? My graphics drivers are up to date, I believe.
