E-GPU (thunderbolt 3) support ultrabooks

I'm looking for a laptop that supports a egpu through thunderbolt 3. Any suggestions? And price is no concern, just looking for future purchase.

Not really probably less than about 5 lbs. And display less than 20 in. But those come second

They don't have TB3. Also there's no Envy 15, only Envy x360 15

Then you don't need to spend tons of money on the laptop. Something like Spectre x360 13/15 or Thinkpad T480/T480s/T580/ X series will work just fine. If you need a good cooling for the CPU, T480s is a good choice (with some undervolting the 8250U can perform like 7700HQ), will suggest the WQHD model for better colours.
