Hey LTT!

My friend has dealt with a crappy Dell laptop for 6 years now, and it is finally time for him to upgrade to a desktop. I drafted a parts list for him:

I want to get the price down to 700 USD, is there anything I can do without changing the builds performance? And also, are all these parts physically compatible? (As in they could all fit in the case and are stable together)

We are planning on upgrading the RAM in the future.
