Help with Volume & Microphone Jack?

Hello everyone, so I recently got a new pc and I plugged my earphones in the Volume and Microphone jack and it worked fine. The other day it doesn't work.... I also have just a normal jack for my earphones that works but whenever I plug it in the microphone jack it doesn't work, it does connect but the microphone is really really quiet and I also have a speaker (or whatever it is called, it's Realtek) inside my PC and the sound doesn't play to my earphones but the speaker inside the pc.. I was really looking for some help and btw I also know that it is not the earphones fault, I tried it in my phone and both the microphone and the sound work. I also tested the PC with some headphones but that didn't work either. 

Hopefully you guys can help me out :)
