Hello i thought about my first build, and i just upgraded it, more power

Phanteks Eclipse P400s Glass Silent
ASUS ROG STRIX Z370-F Gaming, S1151
ASUS GeForce GTX 1080Ti ROG Strix Gaming
Intel Core i7-8700K Processor
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000MHz 16GB
Seasonic Focus+ 850W 85+ GOLD PSU
Samsung 860 EVO 500GB SSD
Seagate Ironwolf 3TB 3.5" NAS HDD
Corsair Hydro Series H105 CPU Cooler

Do all these parts fit together? Or is it a good idea to upgrade cooling, the case, or maybe even some components so they match together better?

850W is more than enough.  750W should do, but having more isn't necessarily bad, especially if you will be overclocking.  Speaking of overclocking, will you be doing this?  If so, going to the 280mm or 360mm may be a worthwhile investment.

NAS HDD might be a bit overkill?  Is there a reason why you are putting in a NAS drive?  As far as I know, the NAS drives are just more vibration resistant for all the spinning that goes on in a NAS rack.

If the budget allows, you can look at 3200MHz RAM as that is considered the sweet spot, but RAM is soooo expensive right now.

Regardless, the setup you have now looks good.  That should run you well.

I saved some money and got better cooling and ram for the cut, does the case have space for all of this

That build is very similar to the build I hope to be building this week, I just need to go and collect some parts.

Only I went with the Fractal Design R6 Blackout case, Maximum Hero motherboard and an EVGA 1080 TI SC2 instead or the ROG Strix.

The parts appear to be fine, but to make sure there isn't any more comparability issues I would also recommend @brob's idea of using pcpartpicker's website where you can build your machine and it will advise you of the lowest prices for your stuff and will also let you know of any comparability issues. You can find their site at https://pcpartpicker.com/ depending on where you are in the world I would recommend looking in the top corner where it will show locations, choose the one that fits where you are.

Failing that I'd be looking on the website of the parts as a lot of them have comparability guides which you can check. If you are going to have issues it's going to be with the case, motherboard, RAM, graphics card(s) and AIO to see if they all fit together, personally speaking I think they will all be fine.

Have you factored in your pricing for an OS?

Any other issues, give us a shout I'm sure we can all help. :-)

Is there any motherboard i can use that cost a little less?

Use pcpartpicker.com to assemble your list. Then click the [cc] button and paste the result in your post. With that information and a budget, people will be able to make sensible suggestions.

Asus Prime Z370-A

ASRock Z370 Extreme4

If you want to shave a bit more off you could go with a Corsair H100i v2 cpu cooler and a SeaSonic FOCUS Plus 650 Gold psu. You could also go with a less expensive gpu, EVGA 11G-P4-6393-KR.

For not much more than the 500GB NVMe drive one can get a 1TB SATA III ssd, Crucial CT1000MX500SSD1. In a general use and gaming system, the 1TB ssd is going to provide a better overall performance improvement.
