I tried overclocking my ryzen 3 2200g gfx to 500 instead of 400 and when irestarted my computer it just turned back on and didnt register the overclock but when i tried to apply it again there were errors (all the errors will be in the pictures below)

one of the was windows recovery error and when i tried to click repair it went to a blue screen saying that they shut down the computer as to cause no damage and they said that something was wrong with the bios even though i had the latest version

P.S

i've already reset cmos and tried to change the ram to different slots and even tried to use only one stick of ram

Your RAM got changed while going from Hibernation to Awake.

you can use a Windows Install media to access a terminal which you can type:

cd C:/
del hyberfile.sys

and you can reboot.

I would help you more but you didn't say what Windows version you have, e.g. XP, 7 ,10, etc.

Thats pre 10. Probably even pre 8/8.1, ive never seen either 8 or 10 come up with that format of BSOD.

My guess would be windows 7.

Um what?

Did you upgrade or are dual-booting with Windows 7?

Create a Windows 10 Install Media

Boot into it

choose Repair Your Computer in the bottom left corner

Troubleshoot>Advanced Tools>Command Prompt

del hiberfile.sys

even the "Start windows normally" isnt from win 10... Im so confused

As per the microsoft website, as @DaJakerBoss said, it does indeed to look to be a hibernation issue.

This problem may occur if you add random access memory (RAM) to the computer while it is in hibernation. When the computer resumes from hibernation and loads the Hiberfil.sys file, Microsoft Windows detects the change in memory state, and then you receive the error message.

I didn’t do anything to the ram while it was off it asleep and I don’t have the option to hibernate

But the thing is I can’t access anything other than the bios

so I don’t know how to fix this

Did you upgrade from 7?

I would do a fresh install of windows.

The thing is I’ve had this pronl m before and I fixed it without anyone’s help but I don’t remember how I did it

If the problem has happened before, its likely going to happen again.

I would do a fresh install.
