So I made a custom cable for having a separate mic and headphone to a trrs jack (Pictured).

The problem is that I'm not too happy with my trrs jack as it is a bit finicky about the rotation of it, though this is honestly probably due to a shoddy solder job.

Anyways I'm just wondering if anyone knows of a high quality 3.5 mm trrs jack that I might be able to replace mine with.

Canare makes broadcast quality connectors but I'm not sure they make anything smaller than a 1/4 inch but you could check.

Living Room: HTPC (M1 Mac Mini 8/256) HiFi (Furman Elite-15 PFi > Cambridge 851N > Emotiva A300 > Focal Chora 826) Display (65-inch LG Oled, 22-inch Dell)

Office: Workstation (AMD 3900X, RX5700XT, 32GB) Headphones (Cambridge DacMagic+ > Schiit Lyr 3 > DT 990. 2 Sonos One in Stereo) Display (32-inch Gigabyte)

never heard of them and I've worked in the broadcast industry.

Everyone used Neutrik connectors or Van Damme Cable connectors

Canare cables are pretty well-known in my neck of the woods. They make pretty good quality cables at really reasonable prices. I didn't know that they do connectors as well, and for myself, IF I can't get a hold of Neutrik connectors, I'd go for Amphenol.

Probably an American thing. Their website is making me cry though.
