CM ML240L RGB doesnt work

So i have the CM ML240l RGB and the RGB doesnt want to work... The logo at first just gave red light so i tried to swtich cables and put another rgb extender and now the rgb doesnt want to work at all... 

And also, my cooler and motherboard arent recognised by aura synch ?

Aura Sync is Asus specific. Since you have an MSI board, you will need to use MSI Mystic Lighting to control the RGB functions of your motherboard.

and what about the cooler. and the msi mystic doest recognise my gpu, and aura does recognise my ram

Not everything is supported on everything for RGB. Since there is no real standard among the industry yet, everyone has their own way of doing and implementing it on their Motherboard. WIth that, you would need to check Cooler Masters list of support for the RGB components on your loop.
