I  have installed 2 sticks of 2gb each but only 1.5 gb is available, please help. Deatils of system are attached here.

I think the missing memory is used as the vram for the graphics of the apu you are using.

not sure how its gonna help you but its a start

So how can i fix this and use it as full 4gb ram ???

Memory configuration for the APU is allocated in the BIOS. Would need to go in there and reduce the RAM, but this will reduce any gaming performance you might do. I would only recommend doing this IF you do not game.

best bet would be to upgrade ram and i think sodimm ddr3 are still kinda cheap and abundant.

upgrading RAM wouldnt matter since hes on a 32bit OS. He can only use a Maximum of like 3.7gb as its a limitation in the OS.
