gpu boot options

I need help.

 

I want to change the boot options, because if I boot up my pc i need to turn the intel graphics on and I need to plug my hdmi kabel out and after that i need to turn the intel graphics back of and the i need to plug the hdmi back in.

So basicly I just wanna know how you change the boot options between the intel graphics and my aftermarket sapphire hd 7790 dual oc edition.
