I used to have no problems with my custom loop. Once, it degassed and that was completely fine since I just had to bleed it overnight, and then the problem went away.

Then, I went away on a holiday for 5 days, and when I returned there were new bubbles in the loop. This coincided with warm weather, so I just assumed that it was degassing again and that it could be solved the same way.

The bubbles went away, however, every time I begin using my computer for something (basically when heat is generated) new bubbles are formed in the same places in my GPU (that is the only place where I can see them, it might be occurring somewhere else as well). The bubbles are all quite small, but take up large amounts of space. They are not easily washed away by increasing pump-speed. They keep slowly going away when I stop using the demanding applications, however, every time I try to play a game they come back.

Can someone tell me what to do?

Sounds like something that's an issue with the fluid. If it's really bugging you, try changing the fluid.

But I am by no means a water cooling expert, so wait for some other opinions before you go order your new coolant.

Can you take a photo of the loop and the bubbles your referring to, it sounds like micro bubbles that haven't made it's way out of the loop or a potential air pocket.

This is how it looks after 1 night. The bubbles seem to go away if I turn on the pump for a while, but then they come back in the same places.

If you move the system around and let the bubbles make their way out. What's the rest of your loop, can you take a photo of the whole thing it sounds like the pump might be drawing in the bubbles that make it back over to the res.

you need to move the pc around so the point of the bubbles is the lowest point in the loop so you can move them around to the res. I had this problem in my loop in the top of the monoblock, the above process cleared it for a couple of hours, but they always returned, replacing the DDC with a D5 has completely cured my issue, however my DDC was a few years old.
