Either the WD passport 4TB or the Seagate backup plus. The Elements portable is more basic and slower.

I would choose the WD passport, because it has better reviews on amazon.com and looks better than the seagate.

Hey OP, we just wanted to say hey and thanks for considering Seagate, regardless of which route you decide to go in the end!

Just wanted to make sure you've got access to the data sheet on the Backup Plus (there's several different models)

Backup Plus Hub 4TB - the advantage of this one being that it has 2 front-facing passive USB ports, so you actually gain a USB port rather than losing one. Does require being plugged into the wall, in case you're looking for something more portable. Comes with 2 year limited warranty

Backup Plus Fast 4TB - the advantage here being large capacity drive powered solely by USB, comes with 3 year limited warranty, Seagate Dashboard backup software, NTFS driver for Mac

Backup Plus Portable 4TB - a lot of the same pluses as the Backup Plus Fast (Dashboard backup, NTFS driver for Mac), comes with 2 year limited warranty, multiple colors to choose from.
