Microsoft Surfacebook Touch Keyboard

Hi Everyone,

Maybe off topic, but I've got this surfacebook and I'm not able to open the touch screen keyboard under a users account but as admin I can and I have no idea what is causing this issue.

 

Anyone on here know why it does this under a users account that is setup as a mobile account
