Hi folks

This is the 3-4th time it's happened now. I just bought a new Func KB 460 to replace my old Steelseries 6Gv2 and it's been working beautifully, other than the fact that it dies at random. All the backlighting goes off, nothing happens when I press any key and I have to unplug/plug it back in for it to work again. This happens mid-sentence while typing, mind you, so I'd be very surprised if it's some power saving feature(which I've turned off everywhere I can find it, BIOS, Device manager, legacy support enabled etc.)

I just swapped the USB slot of my mouse and keyboard to see if there's anything going on with that slot, but I'm thinking it has to be somekind of software setting.

Any ideas? All help is appreciated.

Thanks

Try it on another computer.

I will, but this is very similar to what my 6Gv2 is doing and why I replaced it, except in the Steelseries' case it was turning off and on and the numpad key lights were blinking. So that's why I'm trying to eliminate non-bad-keyboard related problems since it would be kind of odd to have two seperate ones with the same behavior.
