loud fan without overheating

ONE MATHWARE

My HP 630 recently got a new fan and it worked well until out of nowhere it started making loud whirling noises.i have noticed that when i press mildly hard anywhere on the laptop it runs at normal speed then when i let go it starts making noise again . i want to take it for repairs but i feel like i need to no more before the repair people lie to me and take my money without actually tell me everything...My question is what might have caused this sudden loud fan spinning dispite low cpu usage and memory?

Maybe something is rubbing on the fan, that explains when you press the sound going away. If taking apart your laptop is in warranty you might be able to look into it and see what is making that noise.
