I can't boot my pc when any usb is plugged in

I have ryzen 1400 and b350 pc mate motherboard and I cant power it on when any of the usb is plugged in, it doesnt matter if its keyboard mouse or headphones. Need help It wont boot even if I dont have anything plugged in sometimes
