Memory Management error

I was installing more ram because my rendering software loves ram, I current have 2x 16GB 2666mhz and put a 3rd of stick in yo add to the number till I could get a 4th. I've done it in the past but took it out a few months ago.  Once I installed it i get sent to Windows recovery page, everything I click on gives me either a different error screen or it restarts. It fails to find a fix and it boot loops back when I try safe mode

32GB corsair vengeance 

Evga gtx 1070 sc

Evga 850 supernova 

250GB ssd (os) 

4tb hdd (games, videos, ect..)

Try to change the slots of each memory stick, and see if that helps.

It has not, even when I try 1 stick each
