  1. Find your motherboard manual
    1. If it's a prebuilt google your mobo name, you should be able to find it online
  2. Somewhere in the manual there will be a section on startup beeps/debug codes.
  3. Look up your sequence there. It should solve your problem.

Want to know which mobo to get?

Spoiler

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.

my motherboard is Asrock a320m-hdv video output gtx 1050, when i plug the video card i have same problem

Taken directly from Asrock's website: https://www.asrock.com/support/faq.asp?id=2

2 Beeps > Parity Error

4 Beeps > System Timer Error

Have you tried resetting your motherboard bios yet?

Was your PC working fine before?

Try resetting your bios, then try starting one just one stick of ram. Test both sticks of ram individually, you might have a dead stick of RAM.
