How did you manually boot with your SSD if you couldn't find it in your boot menu?

Have you tried resetting your bios and seeing if it picks up your SSD then?

Go ahead and reset your bios and see if that changes anything.

Install CrystalDiskInfo and check your drive health and SMART data.

What exactly are the glitches your getting? I was under the assumption the problem you had was just that your SSD wasn't booting correctly.

16333 is not a right ram amount

it should be 16384

check memtest86 http://www.memtest.org/   just to make sure ( atleast 4passes )

glitches on bootup are usually caused by unstable ram also, so there is a similarity there

at bootup ur mobo does a series of tests, ram included   ( for compatibility )

unstable ram settings or faulty sticks can cause artifacts or lockups on bootup , or any other time or moment

same for undervolted ram ( but that aint as bad as wrong timings )
