Prime 95. If there is ANY chance of instability it will show. Run small FFT's. Keep the laptop plugged in at high performance power options. All other benches are just warm and cuddly fuzzy bunnies that make you think you are stable. If you can pass 1hour of Prime95, you will pass any other benchmark (Realbench, Aida64..etc.)  Now that that is said, if you don't run any AVX workloads, you can try Prime95 ver. 26.6. If you do use 27.9 or later. 

 

Then when you think you are stable, run a good 12-24 hour test on Prime95.  After that you can consider yourself stable.  Just my opinion though.  P95 can be harsh, but it will reveal the truth.
