Using dual monitors

Do I need to have a graphics card to run dual monitors or can it just run off a cpu with integrated graphics?

You can, and it totally depends on your usage tho, and your specs. So maybe more infromation

If your motherboard has enough display outputs, you can run both monitors off of your iGPU. Otherwise, connect one monitor to your dedicated GPU and the other to your motherboard.

The motherboard im using has vga, dvi and hdmi

use the dvi and the hdmi and you should be good to go
