Pc randomly crashes

Hey, I have this issue at the moment with my pc. I will be using my pc like I normally do (Playing games, watching youtube etc) and all of a sudden my pc will freeze. Everything will just stop. My lighting on my peripherals, my monitors, everything. I have to force restart my pc to get it working again.  I have tried looking on google to try and solve the issue but no luck. If anyone can think of a solution please reply. Thanks

CPU: AMD - FX-4300 3.8GHz Quad-Core

CPU cooler: Stock cooler 

GPU: VTX3D R9 270 X-Edition V2

Motherboard: Asus - M5A97

RAM: Kingston - HyperX Fury Red 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1333

Hard Drive: Seagate - Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM

PSU: Corsair - VS 450W ATX Power Supply

It might be your CPU giving up. I had similar problem with my old build with FX8350. You're running 1Ghz overclock on a stock cooler, it might damage the CPU over time.

I haven't overclocked my CPU unless it came overclocked.

Check those CPU temps under load with something like Aida64.

If they're going over 80 degrees, you have a problem.

With a stock cooler, it wouldn't be a bad guess to say this is thermal related.
