Atmos Sound setting for Linux Mint

Hi All,

Everyone is saying that you do not need a sound card for Dolby Atmos. But I want to use Linux Mint and it seems to be limited to the 7.1 channels of the motherboard.

What do I need to do with the setting to let Atmos flow through HDMI?
