Fixing Start Search

So I've no idea if this is something people already know and I'm just very late to the game, or the recent Windows 10 update (1803) but I've yet to find something to truly fixes windows search for me so I figured I'd share it here and you guys can let me know.

 

Go to Settings>Search>Permissions & History then under Cloud Search switch off Windows Cloud Search.

 

Hope this helps anyone who like me were unaware of this (hopeful complete) fix.
