Okay, do you have a normal Windows image? A stock iso from microsoft?

Mount it, and then explore it and go to the sources\sxs folder. You should see something called like microsoft-windows-netfx3-ondemand-package.cab

Copy that somewhere (and rename it to netfx3.cab to make it easier).

Then run:

DISM /online /add-package /packagepath:*location of netfx3.cab*

Yes i can download it

I can upload it somewhere if you need, rather than downloading a full 4.2GB iso just to get a 70MB package.

If you choose to download it, make sure to get it directly from microsoft - If you have a mac or a linux machine, the https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO/ page will allow you to download the iso you need directly instead of having to use the Media Creation Tool, otherwise you'll need to use that tool and save the iso somewhere.

Make sure the Windows Installer service is enabled and running as well, sorry I forgot about that one.

If you still have issues, you could try copying the optionalfeatures.exe file from the image you just downloaded into your system32 folder and hope that the download version through Optional Features actually works.

Failing that, I'm out of ideas. There are any number of possible dependencies that may have been stripped out of the image you're using that could be preventing DISM from working.

how can i put my clean iso to edit ?

Sorry, I haven't used it in a while. There should be a basic guide available on the ntlite site, or within the program itself. I believe you just point it either to an iso you wish to modify, or to the install.wim on the iso.

Good luck with it.
