Max amp for Mobo

Hi, I have a B350-F gaming mother board and I want to use splitter cables to put 2 fans on one Chassis fan header and I’m wondering what is the max amp one chassis fan header can provide. The only thing it says on the mother board manual is that the CPU fan header have a max amp of 1A but what about the rest such as Aio pump header or chassis fan header. And by the way what is the difference between CPU fan header and CPU opt header?
