Stuttering on Laptop Acer Predator Helios 300

So i've got the laptop back on January 2018 and at it was a bargain, US$999.99+Shipping, however, when it comes to thermals that thing does not handle it well. It is Throt

 

With low usage (and RDP session, and couple of chome tabs) it is averaging 70 C. 

 

Do you guys have any ideas on how to improve the thermals on this damn thing?

im not exactly sure, I don’t use laptops anymore, but I’m sure these will work.

also, if these don’t work, try disassembling, removing dust, and cleaning. But this will void your warranty, so I recommend a laptop cooler
