help me with OCing

hello,can you tell me if I can overclock Intel pentium e5300 with this build:

x2 1GB 800Mhz DDR2

420W PSU

motherboard:G31-M7-TE

case fan: Martech DF080251SEMN 80nmx22mm

GPU: NVIDIA GT 520

160 gb + 500 gb hdd(7200rpm)

i removed optical drive

 

if I can OC it,what CPU speed would you recommend?I don't know anything about OCing,help please

 

idk if a 420 PSU can handle overclocking a e5300 dual core processor

G31 chipset is really bad for overclocking

Performance still isnt there with overclocking. Besides, I doubt if you have the cooling for it.
